EQUIPMENT OF RIDER:All riders have to put on the helmet of hard materijal and to use the bike in correct technical condition.TRANSMISSION of the bycicle is limitted at max. 7,93 m.

OFFICE: Office is open from 10,oo h the day before the race until the 21,oo h of the day when the race in held Novi Sad.

RULES OF RACES:Races are held following the rules of UCI for one day road race, regulations and decisions of UCI and following the rules of Cycling federeation of Serbia, and under thase regulations. The Riders have to be registrated and to be in valid poisession of licence for 2009.year.

INFRACTIONS AND PENALITIES:Under the UCI regulations. For time and money penalities until the level regulatet by UCI regulations there are no right to be complained.

EXPENSES: Organisator provides the expenses of the organisation of the race as well as the prices according to UCI regulations for the category 1.1 Europe B - in national money.

Organisator provides the expenses of stay and food from the diner 07. May 2009. till the breakfast 09.May 2009. for the teams who makes inscription and confirmation of the inscription at the UCI form until 20.04 2009.

Conserning the inscriptions comming later we are not able to provide free stay and food. For accomodation and food after the date of inscription we can recommend the official agency of the organisator.

Organisator has right to provide special arragements.

INSCRIPTIONS: To be deposed by 20. 04 2009. at the adress of Cycling Union of Vojvodina, Masarikova 25 21000 Novi Sad. The applications can be sent to the organiser's adress, fax ++381 21 504-538 or e-mail: bsv@neobee.net and cycling@neobee.net

DISTRIBUTION OF NUMBERS: Will be done 08.05.2009. before the technical meeting from 10,oo - 11,oo h.

GENERAL RULES: Taking a part at the start the competitors and the other participents of the race accept these Regulations and they ride under they own responsibility. The organisator is not responsible for the acts of participants of the race made toward themself or to the others.

MEDICAL ESCORT: At race there are two medical teams in two vehicules.

NOTE: Organisator has right to change these regulations and that has to be done not later then bofore the technical meeting and they have to be in accordence with UCI Regulations.

Oprema takmičara: Svi takmičari su dužni da nose zaštitne kacige od tvrdog materijala i koriste tehnički ispravan bicikl. Prenos na biciklu je limitiran na max. 7,93 m.

Kancelarija trke: Kancelarija je otvorena od 10,oo sati dan pre trke do 21,oo sati dana kada se trka završi u Novom Sadu

Pravila trke: Trke se voze po Pravilniku UCI, propisa i odluka BSS i ovih Propozicija. Takmičari moraju posedovati licence za 2009.godinu.

Troškovi: Organizator snosi troškove organizacijetrke i novčani nagradni fond za generalni plasman, u nacionalnoj valuti u skladu sa UCI pravilnikom za kategoriju trka 1.1 Evropa B.

Za klubove van Srbije organizator obezbeđuje smeštaj I ishranu počev od 07.05.2009. sa večerom do 09.05.2009. zaključno sa doručkom i to pod uslovom da prijava bude potvrđena do 20.04.2009. na propisanomUCI formularu.

Ekipe su dužne da izvrše prijave na UCI formularu do 20.04.2009.godine

Posle ovog roka moguće je obezbeđenje smeštaja i ishrane putem zvanične turističke agencij.

Organizator zadržava pravo da obezbedi posebne aranžmane smeštaja i ishrane za ekipe iz udaljenih mesta.

Podela brojeva: Obaviće se 08.05.2009. pre tehničkog sastanka u periodu od 10,oo - 11,oo sati.

OPŠTA PRAVILA: Svojim startom i učešćem na trci takmičari prihvataju navedena pravila i učestvuju na svoju odgovornost. Organizator ne preuzima odgovornost za dela učinjena takmičarima ili koja učine učesnici prema sebi ili drugim.

Medicinska pratnja: Na svim trkama obezbedjena su dva vozila sa medicinskim ekipama.

Napomena: Organizator ima prava izmena i dopuna Propozicija koje će se prijaviti najkasnije na Tehničkom sastanku i moraju biti u skladu sa Pravilnikom UCI.
