NAME OF THE RACE : 32.th TOUR DE  VOJVODINA

PLACE OF FINISH: Banja Junaković - ApatinTECHNICAL MEETING: Motel "BOR"  -  Novi Sad
EQUIPMENT OF RIDER: All riders have to put on the helmet of hard materijal.
OFFICE: Office is open from 14,oo h the day before the race until the 22,oo h  of the day when the race in held.
RULES OF RACES: Races are held following the rules of UCI for one day road race, regulations and decisions of  UCI and following the rules of  Cycling federeation of Serbia, and under thase regulations. The Riders have to be registrated and to be in valid poisession of licence for 2010.year.
INFRACTIONS AND PENALITIES: Under the UCI regulations.
INSCRIPTIONS: To be deposed by 13.09.2010. at the adress of Cycling Union of Vojvodina,
Masarikova 25 21000 Novi Sad. The  Applications can be sent to the organiser's adress,

DISTRIBUTION OF NUMBERS: Will be done before the technical meeting from 09,3o-10,oo h.
GENERAL RULES: Taking a part at the start the competitors and the other participents of the race accept these Regulations and they ride under they own responsibility.The organisator is not responsible for the acts of participants of the race made toward themself or to the others.MEDICAL ESCORT: At race there are two medical teams in two vehicules.
EXPENSES: Organisator provides the expenses of the organisation of the race as well as the  prices in national  money. Organisator provides the expenses of stay and food from the diner 24. septembar  2010. till the lunch 25.septembar 2010. for the teams who makes inscription  and confirmation of the inscription at the UCI form until 13. september 2010. Conserning the inscriptions comming later we are not able to provide free stay  and food. For accomodation and food after the date of inscription we can  recommend the official agency of the organisator. Organisator has right to provide special arragements.
NOTE:  Organisator has right to change these regulations and that has to be done not later then  bofore the technical

meeting and they have to be in accordence with UCI Regulations.

TEHNIČKI SASTANAK: Motel "BOR" - Novi Sad

OPREMA TAKMIČARA: Svi takmičari su dužni da nose zaštitne kacige od tvrdog materijala. KANCELARIJA: Kancelarija će biti otvorena od 14,oo sati na dan pre trke do 22,oo sata u danu kada se trka bude održala.
PRAVILA TRKE: Trke se voze po Pravilniku UCI, propisa i odluka BSS i ovih Propozicija.  Takmičari moraju posedovati licence za 2010.godinu.
PREKRŠAJI I KAZNE: U skladu sa UCI pravilnikom.
PRIJAVE:  Dostaviti u navedenom roku do 13.09.2010. na propisanom UCI formularu na  adresu Biciklističkog  saveza Vojvodine ul. Masarikova 25, 21000 Novi Sad Srbija. Fax ++381 21 504-538 ili  E-mail: bsv@neobee.net ili cycling@neobee.net
PODELA BROJEVA: Obaviće se pre tehničkog sastanka od  09,3o-10,ooh.
OPŠTA PRAVILA:  Svojim startom i učešćem na trci takmičari prihvataju navedena pravila i  učestvuju na svoju odgovornost. Organizator ne preuzima odgovornost za dela učinjena takmičarima ili koja učine učesnici prema sebi ili drugim

MEDICINSKA PRATNJA: Na trci su obezbedjena dva medicinska vozila sa medicinskim ekipama.

TROŠKOVI:  Organizator snosi troškove organizacije trke i novčani nagradni fond za plasman, u  nacionalnoj valuti. Organizator snosi troškove smeštaja I ishrane od večere 24.09.2010. do ručka 25.09.2010.godine za timove koji svoje učešće potvrde na zvaničnom UCI formularu do 13.09.2010.godine. Za prijave pristigle posle navedenog roka nismo u mogućnosti obezbediti smeštaj i ishranu. Za smeštaj i ishranu posle navedenog termina organizator će uputiti na  zvaničnu agenciju organizatora. Organizator zadržava pravo ugovaranja posebnih aranžmana.

NAPOMENA: Organizator ima prava izmena i dopuna Propozicija koje će se prijaviti najkasnije na Tehničkom sastanku i moraju biti u skladu sa Pravilnikom UCI.
